Shipping policy
All original art purchases are processed within ten business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is to allow your piece to be varnished and carefully packaged before sending. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Fine art prints on paper and canvas, and all homewares items are made to order and will be shipped once production is complete. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders in Canberra, Australia.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange a delivery time.
International Shipping
Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Danika Flett Thomas Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe estimated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@danikaflett-thomasart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Prints and original artwork are not returnable or exchangeable for a simple change of mind due to the delicate nature of carrying fine art.
